- That prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes and levies, and that no more than the displayed price may be charged — required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- How an order is accepted, and at what point a contract exists — which matters here, because this site takes orders without payment.
- The seven-day cooling-off right on electronic transactions, and how it applies to opened cosmetics and fragrance. This needs a local legal opinion, not a copied clause.
- Dispute resolution and governing law.
